This also helps him to determine what course of treatment would work best to help eliminate or alleviate the pain to make living with pain as comfortable as possible for you. If you are stabilized on a certain medication regimen from your previous physician, our physician will maintain you on the same regimen and review it as needed.

    COST/CHARGES


    We accept most major credit cards or you personal check as well as cash. We do not accept any insurance. All payments are due at time of service. Prices may change at any time.

    Pain Patients Initial Evaluation: $250.00 ($99.00 when we run our specials, but some restrictions apply). These fees may change up or down in future, so call the office for updates.

    Monthly follow up visits are $100.00, but we still advice calling the office for current fee. We may do a random urinalysis at a cost to the patient. Some patients may require close monitoring.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    What will I need to become a Patient of Dr. Ikudayisi?

    We will need your last 3 months prescription history along with your most recent MRI, CT-scan or X-Ray, just the official report is enough for a start. You also need to come in and fill out all the paperwork that is necessary to become a patient.

    "I just saw my Doctor for pain management but my pain is not controlled, can I still be seen by your Doctor?

    Yes, you will need to come in to fill out the paper work so we can get your records and then have the Medical Director go over them. And if he feels there is good indication to make adjustments to your treatment plan he may. We just cannot guarantee any change. That’s for the doctor to decide.
